Entegrion is a development company specializing in technologies that harness the innate powers of the human vascular system.  We are working to improve the safety and availability of blood component therapy.  Entegrion currently has 3 technologies in mid to early stage development:

Resusix® is a spray dried solvent detergent treated plasma.  It combines different technologies to form a shelf stable pharmaceutical grade plasma.  Resusix® is slated for IND submission in Q3 2011.

Stasix® is a freeze dried fixed human platelet.  Stasix® particles are effective in stopping non-compressible bleeding.

Portable Coagulation Monitors (PCM) - Our PCM is designed to provide rapid empirical evidence of trauma induced coagulopathy.  The PCM is slated for 510(k) submission in Q2 2012.

 

Entegrion is located in North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park.  We identify, invent and develop device and biological technologies to meet clearly defined medical needs.
